Pick the problem that sounds like yours. Each one begins with a small first step, so you see how I work before you decide on anything bigger. I'm Madina Umbetova: 20+ years running portfolios and commercial teams, and I build the AI systems myself.

01 · AI visibility

## Buyers ask ChatGPT, and your company does not come up

Some buyers now ask an AI assistant which supplier to call. I check what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews answer when someone asks for what you offer, and whether your nearest competitors appear in your place.

**First step:** the free AI visibility audit (what marketers call AEO or GEO). I ask all three the questions your buyers ask, and show you where you appear, where your nearest competitors appear instead, and which sources the answers rely on.

02 · Marketing

## Nobody senior owns your marketing

I audit your marketing the way a CMO would. I start from your numbers and your customers, and find out which of your activity brings in business.

03 · AI at work

## You want AI to take work off your desk, in your business or in your own job

I start from one task that costs you hours every week and build the fix in the tools you already use. There are three ways to do this together.

-   **An automation for your business.** I build one working system on one stuck process, test it on real cases and hand it over running.
-   **Your own AI system.** A 1:1 setup on your own work. Mine prepares my morning report, reads my mail twice a day and keeps track of my meetings, and I use it every day.
-   **AI for your team.** A working session where your people use AI on their own tasks and leave with prompts and routines they keep.
